Ruido de Levante es una exploración sonora vacilante entre el brillo y la oscuridad. En esta obra dedicada a la inusitada combinación de saxofón y guitarra, la paleta colorista del compositor Arturo Fuentes, cambia drásticamente como el viento que llega desde el mar: el Levante. Se aprecian minuciosas notas de color, así como un rico abanico expresivo que le permite investigar la metáfora de la luz y el color, ambos materiales pictóricos-sonoros propios de Fuentes. En ocasiones nos sorprende también con susurros de la nada que se entremezclan entre el vacío, el ruido y la armonía. Los dos instrumentos, se pliegan, se entrecruzan, difuminándose como dos cuerpos que flotan en el oleaje.

Ruido de Levante (Levante Noise) is a wavering sonic exploration between brightness and darkness. In this work dedicated to the unusual combination of saxophone and guitar, the colourist palette of the composer Arturo Fuentes changes drastically like the wind that comes from the sea: the Levante. Detailed notes of color are appreciated, as well as a rich expressive range that allows him to investigate the metaphor of light and color, both pictorial-sound materials typical of Fuentes. Sometimes he also surprises us with whispers of nowhere that are mixed between emptiness, noise and harmony. The two instruments fold, intersect, blurring like two bodies floating in the waves.
